I’ve never written a bad review before, but after my experience here I felt it was necessary to prevent anyone else experiencing what I did here. (Note: this is only a review on eyelash extensions, not any other service here.) If you have had extensions before and know you want super-high volume, then you’ll probably be safe to come here. If you are new to lash extensions and want a natural/classic look, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I went in this week for my first set of lash extensions ever with Kera. Upon arriving, I said that I didn’t want volume, and wanted a “classic” look. I left with a volume style, and was told, “you just have to get used to it, it’s not really that full.” So I trusted her and went home and still found my lashes to be the exact opposite of what I asked for. I ended up going to another place the next day and getting them removed. The other place even said that my lashes were WAY too thick for what I asked for. I told Kera that I had to get them removed because I was so disappointed with them, and she said to me “like I said, I don’t do Classic style lashes.” Here’s the kicker, she NEVER told me she doesn’t do Classic style! I would have gladly walked out and even left my deposit on the table if she would have told me that. Instead, I just left feeling taken advantage of and with lashes that lasted a day. I would highly recommend looking anywhere else unless you are positive you want a super full look.
